A Praying Church

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized:
and the same day there were added unto them
about three thousand souls.
And they continued stedfastly in the
apostles' doctrine and fellowship,
and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
Acts 2:41-42

Today, Hebron Church met together in sweet fellowship and prayer.
We started the morning with a hearty breakfast in the fellowship hall.
We then moved to the sanctuary where Brother Jeff Green led us in our song service and then we entered into a time of prayer.
Our church prayed for the needs of others, we prayed for our nation, we prayed for our leaders.  We thanked the Lord for the unity He has instilled in our body and asked that He keep the peace and unity among us.  We thanked the Lord for our pastor and asked Him to provide all that he stands in need of.  We prayed for the Lord's presence to be known and felt as we desperately seek to feel His presence in our lives.

Our hearts were knit together today as we worshiped the Lord in prayer and supplication.
